Aloha Friday: Cleaning, Cleaning and Some More Cleaning
This Monday night begins the Jewish holiday of Passover. During this time, there are many dietary restrictions. To adhere to these, I need to clean our kitchen (to prevent any “cross-contamination” between Passover foods and non-Passover foods). This means I have a lot of cleaning ahead of me this weekend.
My Aloha Friday question for today is: Do you do any spring cleaning?
Thanks to Kailani at An Island Life for starting this fun for Friday. Please be sure to head over to her blog to say hello and sign the McLinky there if you are participating.
Aloha #83
Not like I use to. Now I clean as needed and do big cleaning projects as needed.
Happy Aloha Friday!

I’m always cleaning because as my husband says “I’m a neat freak”.
Have a great weekend!

We clean all the time but we do 1 HUGE spring cleaning a year, floor to ceiling!! We are getting ready to do one in a few weeks.

We usually try to do some heavy cleaning – washing the windows, moving furniture to clean really well, washing curtains, etc. But, I guess we’re procrastinating this year because we haven’t done anything yet.

I do a little spring cleaning, but in our house we do Osoji, which is a Japanese tradition of cleaning during the new year. We welcome in the new year with a clean home and it is nice to clean the house when it is cooler outside so you can open all the windows and really clear out the house… but winter in Florida is a joke, so if you live up north it would be hard to open all the windows!
